Looks like you used CB Quickstart at some point then moved the tabs out of its initial configuration. The account tab wasn't meant to be visible on profile. Its information is meant to be substituted into the Details tab where the date fields are also substituted into. Review our demo sites CB > Tab Management for initial configuration.
The simplest solution is to move the "User Status" tab in CB > Tab Management back to a Not Shown on Profile tab position as was originally configured by CB Quickstart.

Correct, that's because they'll be displayed only once on the Details tab. You need to get rid of the Details tab if you intend to completely change how CB Quickstart had set all of this up.

My apologies it's the "About" tab. It contains a single Custom HTML field that's responsible for substituting in other tabs.
