CB fields in private messaging system mypmspro

Is it possible to place user fields like name etc in a private message to personalise it? Name, sub name / expiry etc

Place this information where exactly? There are some triggers available so it's likely possible with CB Auto Actions or by just editing the template files.

In the main content area of the PMS as per image I think it's the pms.mypmspro plugin.

I see, no that's not possible. Substitutions inside of user content would allow users to put substitutions in for any users information and I imagine you can see how that'd be a serious problem. I can review allowing substitutions for system messages, but they won't be able to reply to it as it'll be flagged as from the site itself and not from you personally. Then you'd just click the toggle button to send from system.
