Typically isn't something you'd reveal to the user or public, but yes that's doable. Easiest way is to use a Custom HTML field with IF substitutions to only show specific usergroups. Example as follows.
[cb:if usergroup includes "2"]I have Registered Usergroup[/cb:if]
[cb:if usergroup !includes "2"]I do NOT have Registered Usergroup[/cb:if]
Where "2" is the ID of the usergroup to check for.
