I created users and wanted to test the connections. Well as a user I went to my connections screen and I saw users wanting to connect to me as I was clicking on "accept" nothing was happening, it wasn't until I tried multiple users that I saw that the default was "accept" in green. I only knew this because I clicked on "reject" and saw it light up in "green". So what I want to do is let the user know that the default is "accept" by changing the message at the top from "Below you see users proposing to connect with you. You have the choice to accept or decline their request." to something else to let me know.

I need to know where can I change this were this will be still available after and upgrade that will surely happen someday.

It's a Yes/No toggle basically. You toggle them all however you want then click Update. Reject should be red and Accept green as shown below. If they're not then you've something restyling their classes changing their colors.

As for the description text that's the UE_CONNECT_ACTIONREQUIRED language string which you can override using language overrides shown below to change it to whatever you like.
