Is it possible to link to an individual Activity item?

Hi!
I was wondering if it's possible to link to an individual Activity stream item, such that a hyperlink on an outside site can point to my site, then open up a page displaying only a single Activity item from a stream (rather than an entire stream).  The targeted page on my site would display the activity item within my Joomla template, modules, etc., of course.

Is it possible to have a hyperlink that points to a single Activity item like this? I searched, but didn't see this addressed here. Thanks!

Yes, that's exactly what the Share feature exposes although the share feature isn't necessary to link directly to a post. My below blog post for CB Activity 6.0.0 shows the new share feature.

Got it: Great! Thanks as always. I had to adjust the settings on my particular stream to get it to show up to the "Public" user group.
