Can't find the parameter for email sent a certain time after subscription expiry

We have a plan where we send an email on expiry (fine, know where that is) but we send another 2 weeks later if it is still expired.
I cannot find where the 2 week parameter is set or where the email is defined.

That's likely a CBSubs Mailer email. So you should be able to configure it in the CB Paid Subscriptions > Mailer settings.
