Can other fields be imported when using the user import command, or just the standard name, username, group, etc?
Would like to import address, city, state, phone, etc.

You can import any fields you've created. So if you have fields for address, city, state, then absolutely. Each column in the CSV represents a field by field name. So if you've cb_address for example simply add that to your CSV file as a new column. The easiest way to get a clean import file is to export an existing user then empty their row and that will give you a clean file with all the fields that can be imported.
