No, we don't have a general view for all group events at this time. Probably the easiest way to do that though is to use CB Activity + CB Auto Actions and turn on the system action that generates activity for group events. Now you'll have every event shown on the activity stream. Next in that activity stream you can create a filter that only shows group events by making a filter with an asset of groupjive.group.%.event.%. Now you can see all the group events on a single page, but it won't be a calendar and there's no search functionality.
