Message "The email address you entered is invalid. Please enter another email a" was created by Intellitech

Hi, I have updated my existing registration form with a new conditional field option for membership type "Business".
No matter what email address I enter for the contact person and nominees, I get this message "The email address you entered is invalid. Please enter another email address."
I have triple checked and none of the emails used are in the user or CB database.
This is the form: new2023.scl.org.sg/mm4/component/comprofiler/registers .
Pls help.

Seams to validate fine client side. Is it erroring when you attempt to submit the form or while editing the form? Joomla 3? Joomla 4? or Joomla 5?
