Cannot login to front end after updates - Fixed - sort of

Ok it was the CB Activity plugin...

I went through all the plugins, disabled them all and viola I can login
Re-enabled them one by one and it crapped out with 
CB Activity...  which is set to Superusers only, which i am.
So I will invistigate more and see why it pooped the bed.

I don't recommend setting plugin access to anything other than Public for most plugins. It can result in issues where its API is being accessed, but the plugin isn't loaded. Control access to CB Activity by controlling its streams (e.g. the Activity tab, a Joomla menu item to CB Activity, etc..). If you do adjust its access you need to be sure it's not being loaded elsewhere (e.g. CB Auto Actions > System Actions, CB Activity Module, etc..) when it can't be accessed.
