Superuser and registered can not edit their info in frontend

Hi,

I 'm not really new to CB but I have a problem that I cannot solve at the moment.
I've installed CB on a new site and added user fields etc. But I cannot get the fields to be edited in the frontend.
Neither registered or super users.

Any ideas?

Ensure the field is published, set to display on profile edit, and that the tab it is on is also published and public or registered access permission. The only other reason a field won't display at that point is if the plugin responsible for the field is unpublished or not accessible if it's a plugin field type. If you have conditions configured under Integrations > CB Conditional that could also be a reason it isn't displaying as the condition is failing.

Hi Krileon,

Thanks for your prompt response. I have the fileds published for superuser & "member", set to show on profile, together with the tabs.
I have not yet used used any of the plugins, accept cbactivity and the core ones.

I have worked with CB before and never had this problem. Most of the times it just works...

Do you have any other ideas?

What do you mean by they can't edit their info? You get a blank page when going to profile edit? Only some fields are displaying? You get an error? Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting then go to profile edit and see if any errors are being output.

I can see the info but I cannot edit the fields. Its just text. (See screenprint)

Strange, that looks like profile view and not profile edit. Are you sure you're on the right page? Navigate to the following URL.
