On a user in CB I see the price on the CBSubs subscription price for changing subscription is changing every day - whay is that ? I would just say that it should be the difference between the old subscription (kr. 700) and the new (kr. 962,50) - but it is not ?? Se the attached image..
Probably prorating. Do you have prorating enabled within your plans? This will discount the upgrade based off the price and remaining time of their current subscription.
