I have looked all over for this and can't find it. I see in the code (Triggers) they are referring to params but no where in the backend is that setting.
I even found you had a completed feature request from 11 years ago claiming it was completed.
I am referring to the default setting for "Members lIst", Invites, Events, Forums when creating a new group.

That was 11 years ago. The plugin has changed since then. Those parameters don't exist anymore.
