Until recently, there was a Renew button under Memberships in the back-end user display. It is no longer there. How do I get it back?
We have a manual renewal process by admins for a subset of our membership, so we use this a lot.
Backend never displayed a renew button. It's a radio option under the plan, if the plan allows renewals, while editing the user in CB > User Management. It'll display as follows.
