[SOLVED] Issue with dates not shown was created by abchrist
Hello
I need a bit of assistance with my Community Builder installation. As of today, both Joomla and CB is updated to the latest version. Joomla is version 4.2.6
I've attached two screendump which show the problem. A userlist from Joomla and a userlist from CB. In the CB userlist there is no date information for "Registered date" and "Last visit date" but the information is available in the Joomla User list.

I've also added a "Birthday date-field" to the user-profile. (datefield.pdf where "fødselsdag" is "birthday" in danish)  When a user tries to enter a date the date-picker is displayed and the user can select the date, but the date is not entered into the date-field. This is verified with phpMyAdmin. I've tried to enter the birthday date into the birthday-field with phpMyAdmin, and have verified the value is stored but, in the user-profile no value is displayed (as the datefield.pdf shows).

I have no problem in creating other type of fields in the profile and when the users update those fields, values are stored properly in the database and are also shown correctly in the profile. It seems that it is only related to date-type-fields. I've tried to change the date-format in the CB configuration, but this has not solved the problem.

Does anyone have a hint or tip to what can be the solution to have date-functions to work properly?

Thanks in advance!
BR

You have Translations Highlighting turned on. Within CB > Configuration > Integrations set "Translations Highlighting" to "No".

You are my man. Thank you. Issue is solved.

But, (if you have the time) please explain why it is relevant for the content of a date-field?

You can use a language string to control the format of date fields so a dates format is localized to a language. That's why the translation highlighter highlights it.
