I've recently updated the website to Joomla 4. Today I've got an email from Stripe, telling me they had trouble sending requests in live mode to a webhook endpoint associated with my account. They sent the URL of the failing webhook endpoint, and it is exactly what I have set on the Stripe's Payment gateway settings. I'm using the latest version of Joomla and the latest version of CB Paid Subscription. Is there anything in particular I need to check after updating to J4 that can make the webhook fail?

Did you check the timestamp of the webhook? Were you updating Joomla, CB, or CBSubs during that time? Are any other webhooks failing? You should be able to check webhook history in your Stripe account as well as retry the webhooks.
