I am not getting the same options on the cb_conditional plugin that I see on the video tutorial, NOR can I see anything that would let me set up conditions (if-then-else....etc.). I have provided a screenshot to illustrate what I am seeing.
The video is old. CB Conditional has been redesigned quite substantially since then. Your screenshot shows exactly how conditions are setup. You can add OR and AND cases using the buttons on bottom right. You can conditional show a tab/field or hide a tab/field based off conditions. Your current condition will show the field that the condition is on if the field cb_family_t1 has a value of 1, but only for profile view, profile edit, and userlist view.
