Registration Issue??

When I select the sign up on the frontend login module, I get a template error screen. It is probably a stupid question but what am I doing wrong.

How is the registration form setup? Where is it? I know about the selection process in the fields etc but when I select Sign Up, where does the link go?

Seams to be displaying fine for me. CB has no control over your template. What was the error you were seeing exactly? Your CB Registration menu item also seams to be working fine.
