Community Builder is no longer sending automatic emails to new registrants or to the administrator. I have check the configuration and can't see any reason why this is happening.

Email behavior within CB is untouched. Only reason for it to suddenly stop working is typically due to something server related or configuration related. What recently changed? Install a new extension? Change server PHP version? Try using the Mass Mailer feature to email yourself within CB > User Management and see if emails are not sending at all.
