Hello, I want to create a list with an advanced filter.
I would like to have the list of users whose sponsor is the user who consults the list.
I tried this: ue.`cb_sponsor` = u.`username`
but it doesn't work.
This works if I enter the value manually: ue.`cb_sponsor` = 'benoit'
Do you have an idea ?

You shouldn't need an advanced filter for that. Use a Basic filter then set its filter value to a substitution. Example as follows.
Field: cb_sponsor
Operator: Equal to
Value: [username]
