Good day,

When I try to access the plugin update / configuration menu, I receive this error message:

String could not be parsed as XML

Please advise.

That happens when a plugins XML file fails to load. Usually due to a plugin not being installed correctly.

Try downloading a package manually from our downloads page below with all the plugins you have installed to get everything up to date.
