Just installed the latest CBSubs package from the Downloads area. Still it is showing the message: "Your version 4.5.3+build.2021.12.15.00.19.48.ee2aa73c6 is not the latest version 4.5.3 : "

Looks like just a minor bug in its version comparison. You can use the version check in CB > Plugin Management, in our control panel module in backend, and our install from web page to check versions reliably. Probably don't need that check directly in CBSubs anymore.
