Hi,

So I continue testing CB on joomla 4.02, PHP 8.0

After install CB and after trying to install plug_cbfooter_1.0.0+2014.10.09.06.05.00.37eb1a27f.zip, i've got error message 500 (see capture)
And now, I can't enter in the CB Menu ... I've got always the error message 500

Help.

Thank you.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry and see what the full error message is. My Joomla 4 PHP 8 install has been functional since Joomla 4 release, but it's possible we've missed some potential bugs.

Package installer shouldn't even exist at that point. It's supposed to uninstall itself once it's done. Will fix that error and also see why it's not cleaning it self up.

forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/8821

Delete the plug_cbpackageinstaller folder from /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user then uninstall it from CB > Plugin Management to clear the error.

Looks like I already fixed that in CB Package Installer within CB Package Builder. JP also is up to date for package builder. Downloaded CB Footer Removal and checked and it's also up to date.

Did you install an old package downloaded awhile ago? As that issue has been fixed and doesn't exist in currently available packages for download.

"Did you install an old package downloaded awhile ago? As that issue has been fixed and doesn't exist in currently available packages for download."

Here is the history (i don't use CBPackageInstaller)

I first install manually CB -> Jinstall error message but install is done
Then CB Conditionnal -> Ok
Then CB Footer (for me last version : plug_cbfooter_1.0.0+2014.10.09.06.05.00.37eb1a27f.zip ) -> error 500

I delete the plug_cbpackageinstaller folder from /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user then uninstall it from CB > Plugin Management. That's clear the error.

I've tried to re-install CB Footer -> Error 500
