Thank you - I shall try reimport with a clean csv file generated from CB-> User Management. I looked at the file structure for the data . I uploaded Track 05_Track_5.mp3 from Media menu. The other 3 mp3 files were ingested via CB. The file names appear to be autogenerated. I did not see 05_Track_5.mp3 when I logged into my account. Is there a synchronize that has to happen before the file appears in my profile page?

Change your 05_Track_5.mp3 to be similarly named. Basically a random alphanumeric string. To prevent filename vulnerabilities original filenames are not preserved in the file system so it's strict on validating the filename on display. You need to also be sure you've created the database entry for that file.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I'm not sure I understand about "create the database entry for that file". I assumed if I'd uploaded the file to the site, a database entry will be created automatically. How/where is this done? I would have to do it for ALL files that need to be uploaded.

I assumed if I'd uploaded the file to the site, a database entry will be created automatically.

Sure, if you uploaded it through CB Gallery, but you didn't you just uploaded it through Joomla media manager. It's not going to automatically parse that into a database entry.

How/where is this done? I would have to do it for ALL files that need to be uploaded.

See my reply below where I've already explained this to you and explained the database table structure.
