You have a Professional subscription. CB Package Builder requires a Developer subscription. Are you actually using CB Package Builder though? If not I recommend uninstalling it.

I bought a professional version, what can I do now, on November 4th.

You've a couple of options. They are as follows.

1. Upgrade straight from Professional to Developer (this should prorate your remaining subscription time)
2. Request a refund and buy Developer instead. See our warranty page for details.
3. Purchase CB Package Builder as an individual addon from our addons page .
