fontawesome icons don't work

when clicking on an action, the fontawesome icon does not show at the end of your text message. The video: "New CB Activity actions with fontawesome icons " shows that after you put in text, the fontawesome icon shows at the end of the message

If the action has an icon associated with it it will display. All the default actions include icons. Example as follows.



Ensure you didn't turn off fontawesome in CB > Configuration > Integrations otherwise the CSS won't load and you'll need to provide your own loading of Fontawesome v4 (we don't use v5 at this time).
