search box for cb blogs was created by qneal78710
I noticed that as I've setup my blogs like you have using the joomla storage setup, that when I go to view the categories, I see the blogs just as they should be, but what I don't see is a search box so that I can enter a username or title that would help me find blogs that I'm interested in. Say I go to the blog section and category for automotive, I might want to search for users who've written about the Ford F150. As it is right now, I have to scroll through a long list of blogs to find them. Shouldn't there be a search box right above the blogs for me to use?

There's a search module on the top right. Joomlas smart search will search through articles. When CB Blogs is set to use Joomla as the storage model the display behavior is entirely handled by Joomla. I don't think you can display a search input above the posts in Joomlas blog layout and have to use the search module.
