I see "PROFILE_FEATURES_PRIVACY" when I click to edit my profile. It's within the "privacy tab". What is it and how can I change the text to just say "Privacy Features"?
That's a language string provided by CB Quickstart. Ensure CB Quickstart is still installed and published in CB > Plugin Management as it's responsible for providing its own language strings.

You need to install and publish CB Quickstart. Its language strings are contained within it. Do not uninstall it.
