Hi Kyle:
When the subscriber changes his mind about the plan he'd chosen and clicks the button
"cancel payment and subscription", he gets redirected to a temporary cancelation notice. "Your cancellation was processed successfully"
But then, after that, the subscriber has to find a way to go back to the plans, because if he presses instinctively the back button on the browser to go back, the plan gets back into the basket.
Is there a way to redirect that notice to a custom made plans page I have, instead? So when the subscriber click on 'cancel payment' he gets redirected to where he can choose a different plan?
I was able to put a link "Go Back To Plans" within the cancelation notice, from the language template.
Is that the right way to go about it?
