Hi,

Suddenly, my Group Jive menu is missing and I'm throwing error messages that GroupJive is not installed. When I go to CB plugin manager, it says GroupJive is installed. Other users of our system do not have the problem, their GroupJive menu is in place and they are not throwing off errors, so it is confined to my login. I tried dumping cache and using a different browser but same problem. Any ideas on what's causing this?

If other accounts aren't having these issues it sounds like the Access parameter of CB GroupJive in CB > Plugin Management is set incorrectly. Ensure it's set to Public as it maybe set to a view access level that you don't have and is causing it to not load for you.
