We are not testing the nightly builds. We'll test RC5 when it's released and address any issues it may have. As of now everything is working fine on J4 RC4.

But this was the exact same problem I had on the RC1 install - would you mind please taking a look at the site? I can also make a fresh install with the RC4 package and I am shure you will see the same problem. It might be server related, but I have never had the problem on that server with J!3 installs and CB.

Seams like an issue with that nightly build. jQuery isn't loading for some reason. We're correctly calling HTMLHelper::_( 'jquery.framework' ) as well so it's not a matter of API. I don't have anything further to suggest right now. Once RC5 is released we'll retest and see if there's an issue with jQuery still not loading then. I assume the issue has already been fixed though since my GIT build of J4 is working fine and loading jQuery fine.
