Erratic connexion issues

Hi,
We are recently encoutering lots of issues for our users to connect to our website.

- Some of them have an error page : (I could reproduce when tried to connect with e-mail)
This page doesn't work
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
I found out that they are actually logged in when I check from back-end, but they are facing this error page in front end..!

- Others have randomly (I could reproduce when tried to connect with username)
Error
Incorrect username or password. Please try again.
(and the username and password is correct...).

- And others have no problem at all...

It is quite urgent, please help, as we have many users who are complaining they cannot access...

Please do not post login credentials here. Even in a confidential tag as we can't guarantee that won't break in Kunena. Please do not provide credentials we did not ask for. Install reviews are a last resort.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

You have a redirect loop somewhere. If using CB Auto Actions unpublish it to see if you've an auto action configured that's doing it. It could also be a 3rd party User or System plugin in Extensions > Plugins. If using verify consent within "Community Builder System plugin" try turning it off to see if there's an odd redirect loop happening there.

- And others have no problem at all...

Find what's different between the ones with and ones without the issue to have a better idea of what might be the cause.
