Looks like you've a access permissions problem somewhere in that case. Ensure CB GroupJive itself in CB > Plugin Management is published and public. If it's set to Registered for example the plugin won't load for public users and thus won't be able to check activity access permissions. If issue persists use the link in my forum signature to send me a private message with super user login credentials and will take a look.
