translate field names

translate field names was created by piffargi
I would like to translate the name of the fields shown in the attachement.
I have installed the italian translation but these field names remains in english.
I have seen that in language.php file this items are translated (see below)
But in the attached list they are still in english.

Do not modify language files directly. Please use the language overrides feature shown below.

Be sure to edit the language plugin CB > Plugin Management that you want these overrides for. So in your case you should have it-IT language plugin installed and you'd add your overrides to it.
