"You are here" is so lame and uninformative. It would be cool to replace that with the logged-in user's name. Is this possible using a CB substitution?

I know it's a stretch.

Thanks in advance.

I doubt it. That module would need to pass its contents through Joomlas content prepare for CB Content Bot to substitute anything in. You can however turn off "You are here" in the breadcrumb module parameters.

Guess I could always write a mod_breadcrumbs2 module that has another parameter or two.

You might be able to do this entirely in a template override for that module then just call CB getFields API in the template file. I haven't reviewed the breadcrumb module template though so not sure how much of the structure is available there to change.

I looked at the code for mod_breadcrumbs and it's pretty simple. I think I could create a mod_breadcrumbs2 that does the same thing while being careful not to override the system one that is not to be deleted or anything. Something to play with over the weekend, I guess.
