[SOLVED] CBSubs and List Format Broken

Folks,

I upgraded to the latest version of CB, 2.4.7+build.2020.11.19.14.24.58.59e8c0858. Since the upgrade, my CBSubs plans page is shifted left into another module. You can see it here: www.nphic.org/join/signuptoday .

Additionally, my cb lists lost formatting and is shifting under the module just like the issue above. I'll be happy to share the view of the list, but I need to send credentials.

The problem is with Forgot Login? too! Seems only to be the issue when CB classes are used.

Here's what I see:

@media in bootstrap-responsive.css has margin-left: -30px; When I set it to 0px; Everything is fine.

Any thoughts on what is happening here?

You turned off CBs Bootstrap CSS. Turn it back on within CB > Configuration > Integration. We use Bootstrap 4 while your template is using Bootstrap 2. You are loading no other source of Bootstrap 4 so you should not be turning CBs off.

Thanks! I went into CB / Configurations / Integration. I do not see a setting for Bootstrap. I attached a PDF of my Integration screen.

It's there and set to load already so something else is preventing it from outputting. Please be sure both CB and CBSubs are up to date. This includes any CB plugins you have installed. Once done clear Joomla cache and retry. If issue persists switch to default Joomla protostar template and see if issue goes away. If you're using any 3rd party system plugins in Extensions > Plugins that are load compressing CSS/JS disable them and retry.

Thanks! I am updated with the latest CB and CBSubs. I cleared the cache in Joomla and Browser. Tried a different browser. Same issue.

I'll switch the template and play with the plugins tonight. I'll ping you back after I do the couple of things you suggested.

Kyle,

Found the problem. jQuery User Profiles was causing the issue. I disabled the plugin and CB returned to normal.
