Internally core CB is Joomla 4 ready in a separate branch that we'll be merging and releasing this month. CBSubs has also had some Joomla 4 testing. Other plugins have not been Joomla 4 tested, but vast majority do not use Joomla 4 API at all and likely are fine. We'll be doing a deeper testing and fixing when Joomla 4 RC releases.
