Upload Profile Image does not work

Upload Profile Image does not work was created by earthwatch
Hi, I have recently installed CB and when in the 'Edit Your Details' section I would like to upload the profile image. I select Upload Image, choose my file and click upload. I do this and it takes me back to the profile page and says 'Your settings have been saved.' but the image does not change. I can select an avatar from the library and that works.

Any ideas why this would not be working?

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry to see if there's a server side error happening. If no errors are output press F12 to open the browsers tools then click the Console tab then navigate to profile edit, select a file to upload, and see if any errors (they'll be red) show up in the console as it could be something breaking the validation JS.
