Hello;
I have just enabled CB privacy and now users that have previously registered get an error page after login and cannot do anything any more.

OK. Found the problem: i had enabled the joomla system privacy plugin.

Now only the cb privacy plugin is enabled. However, it's not showing up on the registration form and i don't know how to handle it to ask for it from already registered users. Please help!

What isn't showing up on the registration page? Are you trying to setup a privacy policy or are you trying to enable privacy controls for your fields? CB Privacy provides privacy controls. It does not provide privacy policy which is just handled by a Terms and Conditions field created in CB > Field Management.

I want to create the approval for the terms and conditions and privacy - that checkbox with "i have read and agree to the terms and conditions..." and "I have read and agree to the privacy policy".

Those don't appear in the registration

Those have nothing to do with CB Privacy. Those are just terms and conditions fields in CB > Field Management. One should already exist by default with a field name of "acceptedterms". Simply set that field to display on registration. If you want a second one for privacy terms create another terms and conditions field. Make sure both are marked required if you require them to accept the terms to register. If you need CB to force them to provide consent (e.g. existing users need to accept the terms as well) then edit "Community Builder System plugin" within Extensions > Plugins and enable "Verify Consent".
