I need a pop-up window with text and a "Agree" button to access my profile when I open my profile. How can I do this?
UPD: It is necessary that the fact of clicking the button is saved, for example, the field has the value " Agree"

To agree to what? If it's for terms and conditions then you should be able to use a terms and conditions field then in CBs system plugin in Extensions > Plugins turn on verify consent to enforce requiring acceptance of terms and conditions. This will force users to profile edit to review and accept terms and conditions before being able to continue to use the site. This has no impact on CB Moderators or not logged in users though.
