The privacy-settings of activity are controlled by the link between activity and privacy, in CB Auto-Actions.

To remove that control and privacy checks (making activity streams public), you can unpublish these 4 system auto-actions in CB Auto-Actions:

CB Activity - Privacy - New Displays privacy selector for new activity. Everybody 28
CB Activity - Privacy - Edit Displays privacy selector for activity edit. Everybody 29
CB Activity - Privacy - Save Saves activity privacy rules. Everybody 30
CB Activity - Privacy - Authorized Checks privacy rules on activity. All Non-Moderators 31

Thank you for your reply.

I disabled first:

CB Activity - Privacy - Authorized Checks privacy rules on activity. All Non-Moderators 31

And that split access control. (sreenshoot)

I disabled all the others and it gives the same problem again. Access control is always accessible.

When I republish the 4, two access controls appear: S

I am unable to reproduce this.

It looks like you copied with the "Copy" or "Copy and Save" buttons at least one of those 4 system auto-actions.

Check in CB Auto Actions / Auto actions (not the system ones, but yours) if any of the 4 is there too, and delete them if you don't want to change their normal behavior.
