I just tested clicking "Follow" becoming "Follwing" on the group, so that works.

But by default, there is no activity logged or displayed for following/unfollowing a group (albeit there is an activity status for following or not following). But for joining a group, there is an activity displayed (but not for unjoining).

I have test with a new group with activity at follow and i have the same issue.

When I click on follow, the nofollow button appears but as soon as I move my mouse the follow button reappears.

When I come back to it with the mouse the no follow button reappears.

It seems that the subscription is activated when I click on it.

But the nofollow button turns back into follow when I move the button's mouse.

To me it works like designed.

Go to our demo site (Demo menu at top), click "User" at top left to login as "Demo User, then click on the first group of the activity stream. Clicking "Follow" makes it display red "Unfollow", but then displays "Following" when moving away. Then mouse hovers change it to red "Unfollow", but going away makes it display "Following".

In backend, you can go to CB / Plugins Management / Activity / Following and you will see that the user is registered to follow or not.

I just did what you recommended and I found the source of the problem by observing the demo site.

In the demo site, there are actually 3 words in this chain and not 2:

- Follow
- Following
- Unfollow

In my key translation i had the word "Follow" split and "Unsubscribe"

I translated the 3 keys into French.

The relevant keys are in cbactivity-language.php:

'FOLLOWING_6f796b' => 'Abonné à ce flux',

'UNFOLLOW_3596c1' => 'Se désabonner',

'FOLLOW_3903aa' => 'S\'abonner',

Problem fixed !
