Folks,

I'm getting the following error message when trying to send a password reset:

1. The mailer function is currently not enabled.
2. Password Reset Failed!

I attached my server information. I did see a posting in the forum that indicated that it was an issue with PHP 7.4 and CB. I'm running PHP 7.3.18.

Any thoughts on how to resolve?

Thanks,
Joe

Replied by krileon on topic Mailer Function is currently not enabled

1. The mailer function is currently not enabled.
2. Password Reset Failed!

Sounds like emails are turned off either globally or within CB. If disabled within CB you can enable emails in CB > Configuration > Integrations by setting "Send Emails" to "Yes". If disabled globally you can enable emails in System > Global Configuration > Server by setting "Send Mail" to "Yes".

Kyle,

Thanks for the prompt reply! It was the CB setting in Configuration/Integrations that was set to no. I set it to yes and everything is working fine. Thanks for the help!

Regards,
Joe
