Stripe has a new API version upgrade from 2019-05-16 to 2020-03-02
Is it recommended to upgrade at this time?
If so is there anything in particular we have to do in CBSubs>

Latest tested API is 2019-03-14 as noted in CBSubs Stripe. Using versions newer than that could be unstable if there's backwards compatibility breaks. I don't see anything in the version between 2019-03-14 and latest 2020-03-02 that would break CBSubs Stripe. You can try upgrading and rollback the version if you have any issues.
