hi
i want create a sinmple text field for lang1 and lang2.
1-how to have different label for that ?
2-how to have some condition when user with lang1 want to register, that field must be fill and when lang2 it not required.is it need to create two field?advise me for solution...

You want to condition fields based off the users language? You should be able to do that using CB Conditional as it has built in condition types for user language. If the user isn't logged in or registered it uses the site language so during registration that would be whatever language they're currently viewing the site in. Once logged in it uses the users language stored with their account if you allow the frontend language parameter in the params field.

thank you kyle, but i have an other question. how can i use one field but with different title in different language?

Use a language key for the field title then translate the language key in your CB language plugins using language overrides shown below.

Example as follows.

Title: MY_FIELD

Language 1
Key: MY_FIELD
String: Title 1

Language 2
Key: MY_FIELD
String: Title 2
