hello, I can't update the plugins from the web, despite having a valid account, it doesn't give me the authorization to make download.

Problem solved, it was a browser problem. I take this opportunity to send you a greeting ....

The JSONP HTTP call made from JS can be unreliable. It can be blocked by browser security and browser extensions. We're working on improving this to allow you to generate and supply a Site Key to your install so it no longer has to depend on a JSONP call. We're also implementing support for CORS requests server side so we'll attempt a CORS request then fallback to JSONP assuming a Site Key wasn't supplied. Hopefully with these backups in place we can put an end to these issues.

With the Opera browser, I logged in first on joomlapolis, and then I logged in to joomla, having the possibility to update regularly. If you log in to joomla, without first logging in to joomlapolis, you may encounter the same problem you had with chrome, or other .... good job ... bye
