Updating via Plugins in CB is not working

Updating via Plugins in CB is not working was created by derekkoopowitz
I sign into Joomlapolis first and then when I go to my Joomla installation (in another tab) to update my plugins, I don't get any updates displayed and it's basically letting me know that I'm not a member.

What is going on?

Install from Web caches for 24 hours to avoid it pinging us constantly. It can be manually refreshed using the refresh link on the bottom right of the tab. Try refreshing after being sure to login to Joomlapolis. If not working your browser or site is blocking the JSONP request preventing the ajax call from seeing your cookie allowing us to know you're logged in. I the JSONP request is being blocked there's nothing we can do about it as browser security settings can certainly do that. We've plans to implement a token system in the future so you can save a token to CB and not have to worry about the JSONP call anymore.

This has been working correctly for years and no changes made on my side... today I tried it and now it works again. For a week it was not working and I was following the same "script" that I normally follow.

The JSONP request can be unreliable and is why we'll be implementing a token system. Once CBSubs Family Plans integration is done we've a few more changes to make then further improvements to CB Package Builder (which is providing install from web) will be improved to support token authentication.
