How to insert value in database from User Regitration

5 years 3 weeks ago - 5 years 3 weeks ago #315162 by nancy.aharpour
Hi,
I have these two fields in the user profile:

1) Choose a Number = Integer Field show in the registration form.
2) Number Chosen = Integer Filed NON-Show in the registration Form.

I would like that once the new user is registered, the field 2) Number Chosen will be automatically updated with the value chosen in the registration form by the user with 1) Choose a Number

How can I do it?

Thanks
Nancy

CB Auto Actions acting on the onAfterUserRegistration trigger using a Field action can do that. I'm not entirely sure why you're wanting to use double the resources to copy the value though. What usage are you trying to do exactly? It's possible there's a solution that does not require double storage.
