Hello

Maybe this question already answered, but i can´t find the sollution.

After install and activate of CB ProfileBook it is available in each profile.
So long ,... but there is nothing checked... not "yes" and not "no".
Where can i change this at start to "yes"?

There is no default value functionality for profile edit. Only defaults for registration. You can edit the fields used by CB ProfileBook within CB > Field Management and add a registration default if you like, but it's not necessary as the tabs provided by CB ProfileBook are already default enabled.
