Hello

In groupjive the translation in front of groupname field is "RealName".
How can i change this translation?
I can't find the sting in original file.
And the key for an override don´t work. (NAME_49EE30)

thanks
alex

It's a generic language string of "Name". My guess is you've already translated such a string to RealName and is why you're seeing that. See the below on how to use language overrides.

www.joomlapolis.com/blog/kyle/18701-language-overrides-have-arrived

Use the built in language finder at the bottom to find language keys and their text. Language overrides are per-language plugin so language overrides applied to the default language (English) will not be applied to other installed language plugins.
